Where do I start, Let's start at the top. Graham and Danielle were amazing to deal with from the very beginning right through to the very end . Whether it be my odd hours for drop off and pick up or my changes to the booking, they were very accommodating. I was pleased with the workmanship and appreciated the regular updates on the vehicle.

I recently had my black Hyundai i30 repaired here and I honestly could not be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. These days it’s hard to find a repair shop that not only does excellent work on your vehicle, but also genuinely cares about customer service and making the whole process stress-free.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations in every possible way.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager and receptionist Danielle, who were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. Danielle especially made me feel comfortable straight away, and the manager took the time to fully explain the entire repair process in detail.

I really appreciated how transparent and patient they were when answering all my questions. Danielle always kept me updated and always communicated throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

The quality of the repair work on my black i30 was outstanding. The car came back looking amazing and the workmanship was flawless. You can tell they genuinely take pride in what they do and pay close attention to detail. The finish looked fantastic and the car honestly looked almost brand new again.

What surprised me the most though was the condition of the car when I picked it up. I expected a good repair, but I definitely did not expect them to fully clean and detail the vehicle inside and out. The interior was spotless, fresh, and looked professionally detailed. Every surface was cleaned beautifully and the whole car felt refreshed.

The exterior was also shining brilliantly and looked incredible when I saw it parked outside ready for collection. Seeing my car returned in that condition really showed the level of care and effort they put into their service.

It’s the small touches like this that really make a business stand out from the rest. They didn’t just repair my car — they went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Customer service like this is becoming rare nowadays, so it honestly deserves recognition.

I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing vehicle repairs around the Ingleburn area and surrounding suburbs. If you want quality workmanship, honest communication, friendly staff, and a business that genuinely cares about its customers, this is definitely the place to go.
